The system software from guidePORT assists you in organising your exhibition and matching the audio information with the corresponding exhibits: the visitor then hears his selected programme – in the right place, version and language.

The central PC is necessary for system configuration but not for ongoing operation. It supplies the data to the cell transmitters, which, together with the other system components, provide visitors with the appropriate information during their tour.

However, in order to make live announcements, a central PC is required for day-to-day operation.

For extra flexibility: the guidePORT system software is all set up to work with CMS components (Content Management System).
